This is close between Katie and Eva, but I think I'm gonna have to go with Katie because she's a bit taller. If the dress were to be hemmed and made shorter, that would make this dress sensational!

I guess Shakira added on the bottom of this dress, but it was a huge mistake in my opinion. It also doesn't fit her body as well as Fergie's; therefore, Fergie gets the win for this WWIB.

Here's a more recent battle between Vanessa Hudgens, Katherine Heigl, and Maria Menounos in a beautiful Maria Lucia Hohan gown.

I'm in love with this gown! Maria was on my best dressed list wearing this for the Academy Awards, and I think I'm going to have to choose her as the best. All these ladies look stunning, but that color is just amazing.

Of course I'm a huge fan of Lauren Conrad, so I'd definitely have to go with her on this one. I wouldn't mind having that dress in my closet either!
